Depending on the scope, we can provide dedicated photographers and videographers, hybrid coverage, interviews, recap videos, social content and additional production support without requiring the client to manage multiple vendors.

Large conferences rarely happen in one room at one time. We’re accustomed to working around keynote sessions, simultaneous breakouts, sponsor activations, receptions, executive meetings and multi-day schedules. When additional coverage is required, we can build a larger photography and video team around the event so important moments taking place at the same time are not missed.

Strong event coverage starts before event day. We review schedules, venues, priorities, speakers, branding, VIPs, shot requests and other important details with your team in advance. For larger productions, we can also coordinate crew assignments, interview schedules, lighting, audio and equipment requirements The goal is to arrive prepared so your team can focus on running the event instead of managing the photographers and videographers.

Event content is often most valuable while the event is still fresh.
Our standard edited photography turnaround is typically within 5 days, with expedited and daily preview options available when your marketing or social team needs images sooner. Final photography is delivered through an organized online gallery, while video projects are delivered according to the agreed production schedule. We also keep file organization and delivery straightforward for corporate teams managing large amounts of event content.
06. PROFESSIONAL, INSURED CREWS
We understand that corporate events require more than strong creative work. Our crews arrive professionally dressed, prepared to work within venue and client guidelines and respectful of attendees, executives and event operations. Dro Photo & Video carries $2 million in general liability insurance, and Certificates of Insurance can be provided when required by convention centers, hotels, venues or event organizers.
