Fontainebleau Miami Beach – Corporate Event Photography

We’ve captured many events at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. With its timeless architecture, ocean-facing views, and that brand new Coastal Convention Center, this venue always brings a blend of elegance and vibrancy to every shoot.
One of these events has been NATPE Miami, which has always been a highlight for us. It was always buzzing with energy, bringing together big names like The Walt Disney Company, Sony Pictures Television, NBCUniversal, Amazon MGM, Paramount Global, and BBC Studios. From panel discussions to informal networking in lounges and rooftop lounges, we made sure to catch those moments that show both the insight and the excitement in the room.
More recently, we shot the Tax Alchemy’s weekend in Miami. We spent time with Karlton Dennis, the founder and nationally recognized tax strategist, as he led key strategy sessions. Karlton’s friends and trusted colleagues also shared insights throughout the event with specialized talks and sessions. We were right where the action was, documenting breakout sessions, poolside conversations, and those moments where ideas really clicked.
At the SHEETZ annual corporate meeting, having Danny Meyer of Shake Shack deliver the keynote added a spark that made for some great imagery and inspiring content. His down-to-earth style sparked laughter, introspection, and team camaraderie, and we were there capturing every authentic exchange.
Then came the POSSIBLE Conference in April 2025, filling the Fontainebleau with marketing energy. More than 5,400 professionals attended with many of them being VP-level and above. Notable speakers included Visa’s CMO Frank Cooper III, the NFL’s CMO Tim Ellis, Lego’s Julia Goldin, chef turned entrepreneur Dara Treseder, and recognizable names like Martha Stewart and Alexis Ohanian. With sponsors like Google, Visa, and Adobe, the event was bursting with creative activations, branded cabanas, yacht lounge setups, wellness pods, and forward-thinking panels on AI and media.
Because we keep returning to Fontainebleau, we’ve developed a real intuition for working in that space—knowing when natural light will favor a portrait, where to catch candid interactions at poolside, and how to move seamlessly through a day full of programming without getting stuck in traffic. That familiarity matters when it comes to creating beautiful, authentic storytelling images that truly reflect each brand’s identity.
If you’re planning a conference, brand activation, corporate summit, or executive retreat in Miami or Miami Beach; or anywhere you want to make an impression, we’d love to connect. Let’s talk about how we can craft a visual narrative that tells your event’s story for years to come.
